The Negotiator Awards 2022, a night of team triumph

What makes a good team, is it clear communication? is it the willingness to help another regardless of job role or perhaps it is the general spirit that creates a good team? Whilst there may be many answers and perspectives of what makes a good team uniquely defined to each individual, the UK Property Agent's team ventured out into another glamours night at The Negotiator Awards 2022, Gala to celebrate.

The Negotiator Awards Gala is like no other, it is a black-tie event full of entertainment, high-end cuisine and like-minded businesses coming together at the Grosvenor hotel. UK Property Agents had the wonderful experience of being shortlisted for two awards, one being marketing campaign of the year and the other employer of the year. The Negotiator Awards Gala is an opportunity to showcase and honour the hard work and dedication of the team and equally the overall successes of the company's hard work throughout the year. Being nominated for the two awards above was an opportunity to bring the team together and also enjoy a night of celebrating the successes of companies within the property space, showing support internally as well as externally to others 

As the awards ceremony continued many categories were featured, and the competition entries for the categories of the marketing campaign of the year and employer of the year were very close as many companies had been nominated making the competition tough. 

Although 2022 may not have been the year to win a trophy it was not a loss, as UK Property Agents has grown immensely and achieved so much in 2022.

The important questions we must ask are ourselves is: 

• What is marked as success? 
• How is success defined for each individual? 
• Does a trophy validate success? 

Regardless of the answers, it is team spirit and passion that already make UK Property Agents winners as there is nothing more a company could ask or wish from its team.  

The final chapter of the night was the realisation that regardless if UK Property Agents did not go home with a trophy, they came home full of soul, passion and dedication in the next chapter of growth for UK Property Agents. We would also like to congratulate all the winners of the evening, you have set impeccable standards for your peers, and we hope to see you all next year for another occasion of celebration and honour.
